Moved around the options menu a bit; moved stats/edits stuff into new 'Manage Data' category, added proper titles/explanations for timing and other new stuff

Added hack to make machine profile save only once when CustomPrefs are saved, reorganized the XML on the logo screen and added versioning, moved CustomPrefs into its own table (pseudo-namespace)
